A former British Army Brigadier who then continued to serve our country as East of England Conservative MEP, speaking up for British interests and our local people in Brussels. He became leader of the British Conservatives in the European Parliament, was instrumental in creation of the new multi-national political group of European Conservatives & Reformists, defending our national sovereignty and opposing EU political integration, and led the opposition to the EU’s divisive and duplicative Defence Policy (a distraction from NATO) and disastrous immigration and asylum policies.
