If you have already booked your holidays and will be away on 4th July, remember you can still vote by post or by proxy.
The deadline to apply for:
a new application for a Postal Vote - Wednesday 19th June,
a new application for a Proxy Vote - Wednesday 26th June,
a new application to Register to Vote - Tuesday 18th June,
a new application for a Voter Authority Certificate (for ID) - Wednesday 26th June.
Both online and paper applications will now also require ID Verification, this will be in the form of the voter’s National Insurance Number.

NB: Postal Vote holders will have to re-apply for a postal vote every three years. The earliest date for this will be 2026.
