Ian was born in Bury St Edmunds and raised in Great Cornard, where he attended the upper school, including sixth form. Aside from a brief period in Chelmsford, he has spent his entire life in Suffolk and now lives in Hadleigh. He is a proud father and, in his spare time, enjoys sport and hiking. He has also been actively involved in the local community, serving on the committee of the local swimming club.
Ian has had a varied career, beginning in banking before moving into accountancy. He currently works as an accountant for a successful Suffolk-based business, having previously gained experience in both practice and a range of industries, including utilities, radio, and manufacturing.
Ian is now standing for election in Hadleigh, motivated by a strong commitment to the community he calls home. He is passionate about defending and enhancing this wonderful part of the world, ensuring it remains a great place to live, work, and raise a family for generations to come.
