County Cllr. Colin Spence

Colin Spence has been Suffolk County Councillor for Sudbury East & Waldingfield (Acton, Chilton, Great & Little Waldingfield) Division since May 2005.   Previously he represented the Waldingfield Ward on Babergh District Council from 1976 to 2011.

His long service in local government has seen him sere in a number of key positions and he currently he is Chairman of Suffolk County Council.

In addition to representing the residents of the Division for more than 40 years of Public Service, he has taken a special interest in Policing, Fire & Rescue, Trading Standards, Community Safety, Health and the role of the Voluntary and Community Services Sector.

Colin was born in Sudbury and still lives there.
